Subscriptions

To view, change, or cancel your subscription on iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > VYTL. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you have an active free trial, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not VYTL. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

You can export or delete your data from Settings in the app (Profile > Settings), or by emailing [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how it's stored, and our Terms of Service for the rest.

Health data

VYTL reads and writes Apple Health data only with the permissions you grant. You can change those permissions at any time in the iPhone Health app, under Privacy & Security > Health.
